Paul Carey-Kent has selected the group show system . painting . construction . archive at the Lion and the Lamb as one of a dozen highlights for June in his ArtLyst feature. The exhibition features Vitrine’s Clare Kenny alongside Andrew Bick, Cullinan Richards, Stuart Eliot, Robert Holyhead, Maria Lalic, Karim Noureldin, David Rhodes and Brandon Taylor. The piece can be viewed on ArtLyst as well as on Carey-Kent’s personal blog, Paul’s Art World.

NEWS John Walter Public Mural

John Walter has been commissioned by Smart Consultants in Aberdeen to curate a new mural for Aberdeen Inspired at McCombie Court in the heart of the city centre. The 7 metre long digitally printed vinyl mural depicts images and personalities associated with the region and this historic site and is a permanent new public artwork. Fine more information here.

NEWS Wil Murray in The Painting Project: Part 2

Wil Murray’s work will be shown alongside the work of thirty other artist from Canada in The Painting Project Part 2: A Snapshot of Painting in Canada. Curated by Julie Bélisle and Louise Déry, the show will take place at GALERIE DE L’UQAM in Montréal, Québec, opening on 6 June and running until 6 July 2013. More information here.
