Opening event and screening. A collection of short films by Vicki Bennett/People Like Us – including Excerpts from “Genre Collage” – was screened on loop throughout the evening, with an introduction by the artist at 7pm. Fourteen films, spanning a career of over 10 years was shown. There was also a musical accompaniment provided by Osymyso and Mainwaring & Jurgensen in the bar.
The event accompanied the opening of an exhibition of new digital collage works by Vicki Bennett.
