Vitrine Gallery is proud to introduce a wide array of events and experiences to enhance and support our programme. By hosting a series of artist talks, expert panels, lectures, workshops and artists’ studio visits, Vitrine’s Development activities serve to enrich our varied audience’s understanding of the current artistic programme.
As a part of an initiative to actively engage the gallery’s artists with collectors, we have put together a programme of studio visits by invitation only. These visits offer insight into the creative practice and environments in which Vitrine’s artists create their work. You can get a behind-the-scenes preview of the artists’ space and materials before their next exhibition. The first of these visits took place in December 2011 when our guests toured the studios of Bruce Ingram, Ana Genovés, Ludovica Gioscia, Justin Eagle and Diana Taylor. The artists were able to show us their new pieces as well as provide their perspective on their processes and approaches to creating their work.
