Launching Vitrine Gallery with a night of performance from all our favourite artists. Mixing-up works that are programmed and durational, live and for screen, both On and Off Stage and exploring the breadth of the rich mix of performance happening today by both emerging and established artists. Performance will fill Unit X and Shortwave cinema in one event, for one night only.

Inspired by the theatre term 'Sounds Off' - describing noises from back stage - the evening will explore and challenge the variety of performance space available.  From discreet durational pieces to full-on intervention. From live works on stage to performance for screen to a live satellite link-up abroad.

Performers include Justin Allen and Ewelina Kolaczek of SWITCH, Roberta Vaz of The Typewriters, Jo Bowis & Kathryn McGarr and loads more. X-Ray are collaborating with Vitrine Gallery to bring to audiences two special screenings of 'performance for screen' while downtown underground performance legend Justin Bond joins us from New York throughout the evening via satellite.

The evening is curated by Rennard Milner and Alys Williams (Co-Directors of Vitrine Gallery).
