VITRINE GALLERY was set up in 2010 by Rennard Milner and Alys Williams as a contemporary art space committed to emerging art practices and ideas. The 16 meter long window is prominently located on Bermondsey Square SE1 and is a unique 24-hour exhibition space dedicated to emerging and mid-career artists working across all media including painting, drawing, sculpture, video, photography, installation and performance.

The central concern when establishing its programme will be to offer both UK and international artists, who may not have before had the opportunity for a solo exhibition in London, the opportunity to showcase a body of work or unique site-specific project. The gallery will concurrently explore realms of curatorial practice through group exhibitions presenting ambitious and challenging new work.
